DRAFT — owner must review. These pages are proposed text, with no effective date. They must be finalized before public launch.
Terms of service
Draft prepared 22 October 2026.
Who provides the service
BuildAny helps you turn prompts into web apps, preview changes, and publish approved versions. Owner to complete: legal entity, registered address, support and legal contact, applicable jurisdiction, and effective date. This draft does not identify a contracting entity yet.
Your account and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Keep your account and connected provider credentials secure. You are responsible for the prompts, source and data you submit and for the apps you publish.
Do not use BuildAny for unlawful content, phishing, malware, credential theft, unsolicited messaging, infringement, or attempts to access another account, app or host. Do not bypass usage limits or submit secrets or sensitive personal data in prompts. We may pause abusive or unsafe use and restrict access while investigating.
Content, code and AI providers
You retain your rights in material you supply. You permit us and the service providers described in our Privacy draft to process it to build, test, host, secure and support your apps. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for this processing.
Prompts, project source, specifications and relevant diagnostics are sent to AI providers, including DeepSeek directly or through OpenCode. Other configured providers may be used. Their applicable service terms and data practices also apply. AI output may be inaccurate, insecure, non-unique, or subject to third-party licenses. Review code, content, licenses and application behavior before use.
Preview, publishing and connected services
Preview access is intended for the app owner. Publishing makes your app available to visitors at its public URL; your app may need its own user access controls and privacy notice. Builds and automated checks reduce risk but do not guarantee correctness, security or fitness for a particular purpose.
Apps are hosted on the KS5 infrastructure with Cloudflare at the edge, unless you connect another supported host. Optional GitHub, Vercel and managed Supabase connections act on the account you authorize. You are responsible for those accounts, permissions, third-party charges, and your app’s use of visitor data.
Limits, charges and availability
Build and change allowances, concurrency limits and per-build budgets apply. Attempts may consume allowances even when they fail. Usage costs shown in the product are estimates. Owner to complete before launch: pricing, billing intervals, taxes, cancellation and refund terms. This draft does not authorize a payment or subscription.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or capacity limits. Keep an independent copy of important code and data. No uptime commitment is made in this draft.
Deletion and ending access
You can stop publishing and delete projects through your workspace. Account deletion and privacy requests require the owner contact, which must be added before launch. Recovery records, security and usage records, and encrypted backups may remain as described in the Privacy draft. Previously served subdomains remain reserved to prevent session cookies reaching another app.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Subject to applicable law, the service and AI output are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Owner and legal reviewer must finalize liability limits, dispute handling, governing law, notice procedures and any consumer protections before these terms take effect.
Changes and contact
Owner to finalize how material changes are communicated and when they take effect. Legal and support contact: to be supplied by the owner before launch.
